Deposit and Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations at the time of booking your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. A 100% deposit is required for all stays of 2 nights or less. Visa / MC / Discover, Cash, or Travelers Checks are all accepted. Room rates do not include applicable 11.7% taxes. All deposits and payments are due in U.S. Funds only. We cannot accept personal checks. Room rates are based upon double (2 persons) occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
We uphold strict deposit and cancellation policies. We will gladly refund your deposit subject to a 10% service fee of the deposit as long as we receive your cancellation Twenty One (21) days prior to the reservation date. Deposits for all holidays including Carnival are subject to a 45 day cancellation policy. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the room for the entire reserved time (no exceptions – including illness) . Cancellations or any change of a travel date to any reservation will also incur a 10% processing fee (deposit refunds under this circumstance are applicable from the original reservation date). Late arrivals and early departures are also non-refundable. NOTE: We recommend you purchase trip/travel insurance - you may shop for insurance at insuremytrip.com
Reservations may require a minimum stay depending on seasonal or holiday periods. Minimum stays are indicated in our online booking system. Shorter minimums may apply when reserving closer to your expected date of arrival at the discretion of the management.

Arrival and Departures
Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm. Early luggage drop off & storage OR late arrivals will be considered on an individual basis with prior notification. Check-out time for guests (including cars) is at 11am.
Additional cleaning required beyond normal housekeeping due to, but not limited to, wine stains, make-up stains, lubricant stains, etc, on any linens, towels, or carpeting will be billed at a minimum charge of $50.00 plus any additional services needed.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Additionally, candles and other sources of open flame are not permitted in the guestrooms.
The Atlantic Light Inn is an adult only Guest House.
We're sorry, but the Atlantic Light Inn does not accommodate pets. If you are traveling with your pet, please contact the local pet resort @ Provincetown Pet Resort 79 Shank Painter Road, Provincetown, tel # 508-487-7900.
Parking is at a premium and scarce in Provincetown - we provide free on-site parking for one car per guest room. Provincetown is a very walk-able place with most major activities within a short distance from the Inn. Bicycle rentals are also a popular means of getting around. Pedicabs, taxi's, and shuttle buses are additionally & readily available. If you intend to use your vehicle during your stay - we strongly recommend that you utilize a local municipal parking lot. Please bring an extra set of car keys if traveling by auto - our parking area is limited and we may need to move your vehicle to accommodate other vehicles when you may be asleep or away from the property. We cannot accept any over-sized vehicles (no large SUV's or trucks) and "in & out" privileges are prohibited during your stay due to limitations associated with parking logistics.
